How To Clean Security Screen Doors: Step By Step Guide
Regularly cleaning and disinfecting your security screen doors helps to reduce the transfer of germs on surfaces into your home and decreases the risk of infection. Here's a step-by-step guide.

Gather your materials: a bucket of warm water, a cloth or scrub brush, detergent, a vacuum cleaner with a hose, and a garden hose.
The cleaning process. For doors exposed to heavy dirt, use a product formulated to remove salt or prevent corrosion. For everyday grime, a mild soap and water mixture with a soft cloth works well.
Doors and windows. Remove loose dirt by vacuuming or wiping. Dip your cloth in the warm detergent mixture, wring it out, and wipe from the top, horizontally then vertically. Rinse with your garden hose on the lowest setting to avoid stripping the screen's protective coating, then pat dry.
Frames and tracks. Open your doors and wipe all the grooves in the frame and tracks, avoiding the locking mechanism as that could lead to corrosion. Clean up excess water and leave the door open for at least half an hour to dry.
